Safety Management
Bellwether has been involved in the setting up of several project safety
management systems, using adaptations of the system described in the Railway
Group's "Yellow Book".
Bellwether staff have worked setting up and managing Hazard Logs for Thameslink2000,
Virgin Trains, Network Rail's Network Management Centre and Fairy Hydraulics'
Switch Activation Mechanism.
Our staff have many years' experience generating and providing input into
safety cases for the UK rail industry.
We have worked in safety management and analysis on the following projects:
